Currently, we are online, serving all of the United States, and offer pick up and delivery local to our Grand Junction and Edinburg locations. We commit to the highest customer service and will respond to emails and requests within 48 hours.
Are all your products handcrafted?
At Keeted Corner, we handcraft and handpick all of our ingredients and materials for our soaps and stationary. Designed and created in house, all the time! We also try to provide products that were grown at our ranch.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 24-72 hrs production/processing time. Average shipping times are 3-5 business days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 24-72 hrs after your order has been SHIPPED, if applicable to product. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at email@example.com.
Please be aware that shipments may arrive in multiple boxes and due to Covid-19, shipping may be delayed.

Keeted Corner ships to USA residence only. Shipping times vary as some of our products are handcrafted and personalized but the average processing time is 24-72 hours and shipping time is 3-5 business days. Can I pay with Venmo?
Yes! Venmo is an online money-transfer service that lets customers in the United States to make payments directly from the Venmo app on their mobile device. When you select PayPal Express Checkout, then Venmo appears as an accelerated payment option. Only customers in the United States who have the Venmo app installed on their device are eligible to use Venmo in your checkout.

How do I get free shipping?
Orders of $75 or more will get you access to free shipping in the USA. The total must be more than $75 after any discounts are applied.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee if the product is defective or damage on arrival. We give you 30 days to contact us, share photos of the defect or damage and to send it back to us for a full refund or exchange if product has not been used or altered in any way.
For defective or damaged items: We will provide a shipping label and once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase on the original form of payment minus shipping or you can exchange for products in stock.
Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return/refund unless damaged or defective. Please Include a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Can I cancel my order?
Please reach out if you'd like to cancel your order before it's been processed and shipped. We process orders within 24 hours and ship 24-72 hours post process. If an order has been processed and already shipped we will need to use our easy return system to get a full refund. This excludes any orders that are custom and have been approved by buyer. Once you receive the order, we can start the return process.
